Factors and multiples
Using this prompt will challenge students to explore their understanding of factors and multiples. This inquiry will extend their understanding of high common factors and lowest common multiples, useful when dealing with operations with fractions. They need to find cases that satisfy the conditions set and then generalise their results. The resource includes classroom examples, teacher notes and guided questions.
