Shape: exploring angles and nets of 3D objects

This guide provides a sequence of small steps for learning about angles from measuring with a protractor to exploring angles on a straight line and around a point through to finding angles in triangles, special quadrilaterals and regular polygons. Nets of 3D objects are also explored. Note in this resource objects are often referred to as 3D shapes. It is advised to use the terminology 'objects' when talking about 3D and not 3D shapes as suggested in this resources.
